Made with Sterling Silver and Kingman Turquoise. It has a unique inlaid lighter piece of turquoise in the center stone of the Naja. This necklace is a squash blossom, minus the blossoms; making it lighter and more sleek. 
It has been restrung to ensure strength and has been inspected for quality and authenticity. This is a true collector piece.
